From one clinic to a four-division group

Bellus started as a single aesthetics clinic with a straightforward promise: doctor-led treatments on real medical devices, priced for the Filipino market. That clinic became seven branches across Metro Manila and Cavite — and each stage of growth exposed the next business.

Retail skincare margins pushed the group to manufacture its own: SkinLab and Careline Naturals now ship from an FDA-registered plant that also runs OEM/ODM production for outside brands. The same cost logic built Bellus Pharmaceuticals — generics imported directly from WHO-GMP-certified manufacturers in India, sold without distribution layers. And the operations discipline that keeps seven clinics booked became a service of its own: healthcare and beauty BPO, staffed by Filipino talent trained on live Bellus volume.

Today the group grows two ways — new company branches, and franchisees who take the clinic and pharmacy formats to their own cities with the group’s supply chain, training and AI booking + CRM stack behind them.
